As CEO of Tender Loving Cuisine for the past 15 years, Mr. Barker has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.

Established in 1995, Tender Loving Cuisine started as a provider of home delivered meals and dinners to discharged hospital patients from Royal North Shore Hospital after entering into an agreement with NSW Health. Their aim was to provide a unique service providing home style, healthier meals to elderly people recuperating or who were unable to cook regular meals for themselves on a day to day basis. They are quite proud of the fact that health professionals in most public and private hospitals use their service along with many regular individual clients.

Jack is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. During his educational career, Mr. Barker earned an Accounting degree at the University of New South Wales. In the time away from his busy schedule, he greatly enjoys exercising and traveling.
