As Administrator of the Branch 393 Royal Canadian Legion Senior Citizen Complex for the past 8 years, Joan has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

The Branch 393 Royal Canadian Legion Senior Citizen Complex is an organization which assists in providing senior citizens with apartments. Joan is responsible for managing all major aspects of the complex as well as overseeing the daily operations. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation. Joan also served as Mayor of the Township of West Lincoln from 1988-1994.
