Federation des aines Fransaskois is a charitable, non-profit organization which assists in creating various clubs and health services for French communities. In addition to her duties as Executive Director of the organization, Sawchuck also participates in numerous public speaking engagements in Alberta regarding senior activities.

Adrienne is a member of the Federation of Seniors in Canada and the Historical Society of Saskatoon.
