A recognized professional in child and senior care, now retired, CarolLee A. Fletcher operated her own companionship care services provider. As a Senior Companion, she visited seniors, and provided companionship and assistance in daily chores. She also managed senior care and helped them change their lives for the better.

Looking forward, Ms. Fletcher will continue to enjoy her retirement, spending her time traveling and writing. A member of the First Baptist Church and the Eugene Scrabble Club, as well as the International Women's Morning Out, she will stay active within her community.
