Ruth M. Madden Joins the Ranks of Leading Professionals
Ruth M. Madden retired as an administrator in 1994

EVERETT, WA, August 21, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ruth M. Madden, Ombudswoman for the Long-Term Care and Aging Division of Snohomish County, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in community development.

With 30 years of experience in public service, Ms. Madden excels in bookkeeping and advocacy. As the ombudswoman for the Long-Term Care and Aging Division of Snohomish County, she is responsible for visiting and communicating with residents, ensuring that residents are happy, working with Catholic Community Services of Western Washington, preparing luncheons and high teas for seniors, coordinating retired and senior volunteer programs, and performing administrative duties. In 1994, Ms. Madden retired as an administrator and was featured in Senior Source magazine in 2008. She attributes her success to her commitment, dedication, desire to help others and to the support she received from her mentor, Ella Hiemstra.

Ms. Madden is a certified administrator and is a member of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and Catholic Community Services of Western Washington. A recipient of the Penny Award, she hopes to continue providing ombudswoman services and giving back to the elderly and the community.
