Cheval Equestrian Community Forms New Partnership with The Levine Senior Center
Equestrian estate community reaches out to support this organization, which provides opportunities for the betterment of Matthews and Mint Hill citizens.

MINT HILL, NC, October 11, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cheval, greater Charlotte's newest and most discerning equestrian estate community, announced today a partnership agreement with The Levine Senior Center located in neighboring Matthews, North Carolina. The partnership details are still being finalized however the arrangement is a long-term relationship between the two entities that is designed to provide community support for both The Levine Senior Center and Cheval.

The community of Cheval will feature The Levine Senior Center in upcoming marketing programs to provide exposure and an avenue for community support for the Center, its members and volunteers. The overall goal is to create greater awareness of the Center and its programs which opened in March 2006 to more than 120,000 people over the age of 50 in east Mecklenburg and Union counties.

The mission of The Levine Senior Center is to provide Seniors with a safe and nurturing environment that stimulates mind, body and spirit, in addition to educational and wellness programs. The Center also serves as a place for civic functions, business meetings, parties, receptions and fellowship with friends.

Cheval is committed to supporting this organization, which provides opportunities for the betterment of Matthews and Mint Hill citizens. Cheval developer Keith Paris felt that no place embodied that spirit better than The Levine Senor Center. "I am delighted that Cheval is able to partner with The Levine Senior Center. It's organizations such as this one, that foster fellowships and touch lives that impact the entire community. It's what makes Mint Hill and Matthews so special," Paris said.

Located off of Lawyers Road, Cheval is a 300-acre equestrian community with 160 homesites located inside the 485 loop. This distinctive community features custom-built homes on one to five plus acre homesites and offers 15 large estate sites the option of having a private barn on their grounds. Homesites are from the $150's with homes ranging from the $850's to $2.5 Million.
