As restaurant and store manager, he is responsible for managing operations, which include supervising assistant managers, employees and residents living in the facility, and overseeing the dining room service and two gift shops. He attributes his success to his upbringing, his perseverance and the strong work ethic that his parents instilled in him. Mr. Wagener would like to establish his own restaurant consulting business in the future.
