Sturm has an impressive background in law, with 17 years of experience. As the attorney-at-law of The Sturm Group, he is responsible for influencing public policy and decision making, mediating conflict resolution and overseeing business improvement and performance. Sturm received his JD from Ventura College of Law, his master of arts in public administration from California State University at Northridge and his bachelor of science in recreation administration from California State University at Sacramento.
